Exchange and Returns

Our Returns policy

  1. We accept returns of unused items in original condition and packaging (unused, undamaged, with tags attached) within 8 days of delivery.

    2. We do not offer refunds on orders. Refunds can be processed only based on errors of fulfilment, such as incorrect shipment.

    3. You will get a credit note that is valid for a year from the date of issue and can be redeemed online or at our stores.

Our Exchange policy

As a customer, you can always return or exchange your order by doing the following:

  1. Request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges. Your request can be made by email to flamesoftheforest10@gmail.comor WhatsApp No 9880673144 from Monday to Saturday, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (IST). We will investigate the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours.

    2. For return shipping, the amount deducted from your final credit note amount will be Rs 200 for all orders.

    3. Due to the care and costs involved, shipping will be charged for replacement deliveries.

    4. All items and packaging must be returned in original condition

What is the return process?

The quickest way to initiate a return/exchange is to WhatsApp us at
+91 9880873144 or write to us at flamesoftheforest10@gmail.com  with your order ID and reason for the return.  

  1. Click a clear picture of the product and send it to us.
  2. All our products are precious. Please place the product back carefully in its original packing. Ensure that the covering cardboard box is sealed well before handing it over to the delivery partner.

    Please note: Our products are eligible for return only if they are unused, in original condition, with original packaging and tags included.

    Can I make an exchange?


A credit note for the amount spent, minus return delivery charges of Rs.200, will be issued to you.

When can I expect my credit note?

For all accepted returns, we will issue a credit note, with a validity of 6 months  immediately after we receive the product from your end and examined by our facility.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged. For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please contact us at flamesoftheforest10@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the products, along with product images.
